Terms and Conditions for CELLI.T. Repairs Services - Special Repairs Or Services Pay Rate
- Definition: Under CELLI.T. Repairs terminology; Special Repairs Or Services are defined as tasks outside of the businesses normal provided service. CELLI.T. Repairs specialise in mobile device repairs, tablet repairs and other mobile troubleshooting services. In any case a technician is required to travel from the premises, or a particular service is agreed upon between the technician and client that is not defined under our regular tasks - is defined as a Special Repair Or Service.
- Hourly Rate: Services provided by CELLI.T. Repairs will be charged at a standard rate of $39 per hour. This rate applies to all services rendered without exception. It is essential to note that this hourly rate applies regardless of whether the technical work is completed within a typical timeframe or requires extended hours. In situations where the service may take less time than the entire hour, such as troubleshooting or minor repairs, clients are still responsible for the full payment of the hourly rate.
- Billing Practices: The billing process will commence upon the technician’s arrival at the designated service location. Clients will receive an invoice reflecting the duration of the service, starting from the arrival time up to the completion of services. A minimum charge covering one full hour will apply, regardless of the actual time taken. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both CELLI.T. Repairs and the client, recognizing that travel and setup times are integral to the service provided.
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work or upon agreed date and time - noting, a contract must be signed by both client and technician before commencement. Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit cards, and electronic payment options as mutually agreed. Clients are expected to settle their invoices immediately upon service completion to avoid any delays in service fulfillment. A final invoice will be provided after the task's completion, which will reflect the actual time and resources used. In the case of payment disputes, clients must address any concerns directly with CELLI.T. Repairs at the time of billing.
- Quotations and Estimates: Any initial cost estimates provided prior to service are based on preliminary assessments and may not reflect the final billing amount. The technician from CELLI.T. Repairs reserves the right to adjust prices according to the actual time and resources utilized to complete the task effectively. Clients will be informed if adjustments are necessary, and authorization will be sought before proceeding with any additional work not covered in the original estimate. A final quote will be created after the service is completed to summarize the total costs.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event that a client needs to cancel a scheduled service, it is required that they provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee of $39. Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure times that are convenient for them. In instances where immediate service is requested, every effort will be made to accommodate; however, delays may occur due to scheduling conflicts or prior commitments.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to prepare for the technician’s visit by ensuring that the area requiring service is accessible and that any equipment needing repair or check-up is in a state suitable for inspection. If specific tools or parts are necessary for the completion of the job, clients should communicate these requirements to the technician beforehand to avoid any delays in service.
- Liability Limitations: CELLI.T. Repairs is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, issues unrelated to the technician's work or consequences stemming from using repaired or serviced equipment. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage to mitigate potential risks associated with servicing their equipment.
- Amendment of Terms: These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, and clients will be notified of significant alterations, especially those that may affect their responsibilities or liabilities.
