Device Repair Terms and Conditions

**1. Acceptance of Terms** 

By submitting your device for repair, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is essential to read them carefully as they outline your rights and obligations.

**2. Service Description** 

Repairs will be conducted by qualified technicians. You are required to provide a detailed description of the damage and any issues you have encountered with the device. This information is crucial for an accurate assessment.

**3. Estimates and Approval**  

- **Estimation of Costs**: Upon evaluation, we will provide you with an estimated cost of repair.

- **Additional Costs**: If additional issues are discovered during the repair process that will affect the cost or timeline, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work.

**4. Pricing Structure**

**- Initial Estimate:** After assessing your device, we will provide an initial estimate for parts and labor required for the repair.

**- Subject to Change:** Prices for parts may change due to supplier pricing, part availability, or other unforeseen factors. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes to the estimated costs as soon as possible.

**5. Approval for Additional Costs**

Should the price of parts change significantly during the repair process, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding with the repair to ensure transparency and consent.

**6. Data Preservation** 

While we will make every effort to restore your device to full functionality, we do not guarantee successful repairs or the preservation of existing data. We strongly recommend backing up all data prior to submitting your device for repair.

**7. Completion and Collection**  

- **Notification**: You will be notified once the repair is complete.

- **Pick-Up**: All devices must be collected within 30 days of completion. After this period, devices may incur storage fees or be deemed abandoned, at our discretion.

-**Mail-Out**: All devices will be mailed out on the completion day of the repair. The customer will then be notified on the same day of dispatch with a tracking number provided.

**8. Liability** 

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or data loss that may occur during the repair process. By submitting your device, you acknowledge that you understand these risks.

**9. Governing Law**   

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of CELLI.T. Repairs.

**10. Modifications** 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the new terms. 

By proceeding with the repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
