All refurbished devices are inspected and graded for an easier understanding of performance and cosmetic quality. Each grade is based on either one or more of the given qualities below:
Excellent Condition: Fully functioning features, brand new battery, no cosmetic wear and/or damage
Good Condition: One or more features may not be functional, 80-100% battery, minor cosmetic scuffing
Fair Condition: One or more features may not be functional, 80% or below battery, minor to obvious scratches to either screens or body
