Terms for Mail-In Services

Terms and Conditions for Mailing In a Device for Repair

 

**1. Acceptance of Terms** 

By mailing your device to us for repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

**2. Packaging and Shipping** 

   - Ensure your device is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. 

   - We highly recommend using a reputable and traceable shipping service to confirm delivery and protect against loss. 

   - You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when sending your device to our repair location.

 

**3. Device Assessment** 

   - Upon receiving  your device, our technicians will conduct an initial assessment and diagnostic evaluation. 

   - You will receive a detailed repair estimate within 48 hours (excluding postage times for extra ordered parts for that specific device). This estimate will include costs, required parts, and expected timelines for the repairs.

 

**4. Repair Approval and Time frame**  

   - If you approve the repair estimate, we will initiate the repair process. Repairs will typically be completed within **48 hours** after your confirmation, subjecting to change on  parts availability or repair type.

   - In the event of unforeseen delays that extend beyond this time frame, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.

   - You will be contacted the day your device has been shipped, returning to you, the customer with valid tracking details.

 

**5. Non-Approval and Device Return** 

   - If you do not approve the proposed repairs, we will return the device at your expense, calculating shipping costs and the time and resources used to diagnose the device.

 

**6. Liability** 

   - We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your device that occurs during shipping to our facility. 

   - It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal data is backed up and/or removed from the device before mailing it to us. We will not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access that may occur during the repair process.
